Incident Investigation
At Cowley Consulting WA we apply all appropriate investigation techniques to determine underlying causes of incidents. We have successfully completed 5-day Taproot, 5-day ICAM, and other incident investigation training and can apply in the field.
We can bring components of different processes together to investigate complex events or failures.
We also have the gravitas to lead investigations after fatal incidents and the associated team stresses.
